TA Triumph-Adler are document business specialists – offering analysis and tailor-made solutions to a wide variety of organisations. Our manufacturer-trained, fast and reliable service facility, with a nationwide fleet of technicians, ensures your essential technology is constantly available. Our technology-based approach enables us to use the latest applications and software to provide first class support.

As part of the Kyocera Group of Companies, we draw on the group’s pioneering research & development and the economic stability its global status as a multi-billion dollar organisation brings. We have over 319,000 devices currently in the field in Europe and our systems produced over 6.5 billion pages in output over the last 12 months. In the UK, TA Triumph-Adler’s operational infrastructure is supported by our sister company UTAX (UK) Ltd.

Shaun Wilkinson

Managing Director

Shaun Wilkinson has been Managing Director of TA Triumph-Adler UK since its inception in 2011 and has been responsible for taking the company through our biggest period of growth, developing our product portfolio and focussing on increasing our customer base.

Shaun’s focus for the future of the business is to adapt and ensure TA Triumph-Adler can respond quickly to the ever-changing markets and customer demands, and to ensure that we remain a name that is synonymous with reliability and quality.

Sean Howarth

Sales

Sean is Head of Sales for TA Triumph-Adler UK and has over 30 years experience in the industry. His wealth of sales experience in the business supplies and equipment industry has been invaluable to TA Triumph-Adler and our customers, covering all sectors including commercial SME, education, healthcare, and corporate.

Sean has an amazing ability to establish which TA Triumph-Adler products and services can benefit each customer on a case-by-case basis, building bespoke packages that help drive down costs and streamline processes.

Sarah Mackay

Operations

Sarah is the Head of Operations for TA Triumph-Adler UK and has complete responsibility of six key functions of the business covering hardware, software, Customer Service, Direct Service, Installations & Marketing.

Sarah has been largely responsible for the increasing prominence of the TA Triumph-Adler brand in the UK, with a range encompassing digital copying, printing, fax and scanning solutions. Since her appointment to Head of Operations, she has led the company through a complete departmental re-structure, which has in turn helped to streamline and ensure the company achieved the Quality Management System Standard – ISO 9001:2015 awarded by the British Standards Institution.

Kevin Good

Finance

Kevin is our Head of Finance and oversees the entire finance department, which includes Accounts Payable, Credit Control and Business Analysis.

Kevin started with our sister company, UTAX (UK) Ltd, in 1987 and has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the inner workings of the business. He has been integral to the growth and development of TA Triumph-Adler UK.
